Donald A. Harwood is a partner at Itkowitz & Harwood. Mr. Harwood is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York and the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, First, Second, Fourth, and Seventh Circuits. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Lawrence University, where he was Phi Betta Kappa, and his J.D. from Northeastern University. Mr. Harwood has been an adjunct professor of Constitutional and Criminal Law at Northeastern University. Mr. Harwood has also been a faculty member for continuing legal education programs at the New York State Bar Association, Real Property Section, Commercial Leasing Committee. Mr. Harwood and the I&H partners authored a chapter on lease remedy clauses for the New York State Bar Association Commercial Leasing Manual. Mr. Harwood specializes in complex commercial litigation, trial practice, and the preparation and argument of appeals. Mr. Harwood was born in 1957 in Malone, New York.
